Echo -- Freeverse poem

Here's somethin from my basement.  Figured nobody posted.  Its a free verse... So ITS NOT GOING TO RHYME! Don't tell me is gotta rhyme... that's what a free verse poem is! >< Enjoy :p


In the darkness of the night,
leaping out of the dark
one voice echos throught the dark.
Veering out from time and space,
exploring the world for that special place.
Youth has passed him by,
one life is not enough to find what he is looking for.
Utter nonsence is your quest they told him.
Still he kept looking.
Tumbling thorough life's termoils,
imence pain and agony he felt.
Love evaded him,
love avoided him.
You won't ever find her or triumph,
one day you'll realize this and turn back.
Unwaivering he continued on.  
Killing him self slowly on the inside,
in the prison of his mind.
