Saw this on the FFXI wiki forums and wanted to share it, as I actually liked most of what they had, as well as how well thought out it was.

Lastly, some one mentioned increasing the parry guard skill up rate, perhaps making skill ups possible without a proc similar to evasion. Yes please!
That's a really well-thought out job profile. I'd definitely want to try it, if it existed :)
